We use nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) approaches in combination with methods of molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology and biophysical chemistry to study protein structure and dynamics, protein-protein, protein-DNA/RNA, protein-ligand interactions, to reveal molecular mechanism of protein functions.
